As the business grew to a practice of some 70+ delivery consultants, the internal pressures on managing the practice started to rise.

MYCFO advisory were engaged to work with Industrie IT to implement The project soon expanded out to a CFO advisory role.

We have assisted Industrie IT in the sourcing, selection and review of project management software which also included contract negotiation with a large US software vendor.

Other projects have included review of commercial contracts, office leases, development of internal reporting tools, bonus compensation modeling and financial reporting.


The practice was growing and the accounting system could not scale or deploy in line with the business growth.

A mobile workforce of consultants and administration staff spread across multiple locations, meant fast and reliable access to the accounting system was required.

The owners of the business were looking for a cost effective solution that provided real time results.

The owners and shareholders of the business all wanted access to financial data across multiple locations without impact on system performance.
